Luxtery Hotel - Da Nang

Friendly staff, but with downsides

Staying at the Luxtery Hotel & Spa was an absolute delight thanks to the enthusiastic staff and convenient amenities. The rooftop bar features lovely views, and the breakfast had a variety that satisfied our morning cravings.

We did encounter a few challenges. There were some cleanliness issues in our room, and I was surprised by the lack of air conditioning in the gym, made workouts uncomfortable. The overall maintenance could be improved.

The luxtery is fine if you enjoy being ignored by staff who don't seem to understand anything, it was amusing really. Toiletries? I might as well bring my own. The gym is sweltering, how good! I expected at least a room upgrade for all my troubles, but alas, just couldn't put a positive spin on this one.

Toiletries were not stocked properly, leading to daily frustrations!!! Communication with some staff members was challenging, relying on translators. Bath/shower isolation needs reconsideration due to water leakage, leaving us to clean up with towels!!!

Had a blast with my friends at this hotel! Loved the spacious rooms and the great pool area. We visited the nearby beach and the bustling riverfront, just a short walk away. The super nice team and. Breakfast had a nice mix of options.

We faced a big issue with the room flooding every time we showered, made things quite unpleasant .

The staff was super great. After previous visits to da nang, this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations during our fantastic walking tour!

I had an amazing time at this place, especially enjoying the big comfy beds and the nice rooftop pool! They offered some great relaxation options with body wraps and a fantastic foot massage that really helped me unwind. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been a bit warmer, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

Great Value with Friendly Staff and Delicious Breakfast

I recently enjoyed a good 4-night stay that offered excellent value for money. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a variety of local dishes alongside European options. I appreciated the comfy beds in my Grand Suite room, and the rooftop pool was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the area. On the downside, I noticed a few cleanliness issues in my room that could be improved. A very pleasant experience!

The hotel had a great location and was easy to access many restaurants. It was also near the beach, which was a plus. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. There were also plenty of facilities, such as a rooftop pool and gym.

The breakfast could have been better. Despite the variety of food, the quality was lacking, especially for those who don't prefer Korean cuisine.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay included the stunning rooftop pool and bar, perfect for relaxation. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The daily breakfast offers a wide range of dishes to satisfy all cravings, and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful in assisting with any requests.

Worst aspects of my Christmas stay included a noisy room located too close to the elevator. , the hotel could benefit from some renovations, as the room had a musty smell and some outdated furnishings.

The rooms were very spacious, with a beautiful big bathtub that was perfect for relaxing in after a long day of exploring. the rooftop bar offered amazing views of the city, and it was a great place to enjoy a drink and unwind. the hotel's location was also perfect for us, with plenty of great restaurants in the nearby area.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and lacked variety. It seemed to cater more towards a certain type of tourist, which was a bit disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with train ticket bookings. The rooftop swimming pool and bar provided a peaceful space for meditation. the hotel's location is great, with easy access to many Korean restaurants and just a short walk to the East Sea beach. we enjoyed the hotel facilities and services.
